Mine flew away from out here...just put some fuel into it and point it back west, maybe it'll find its way back home.

You can fly Hitec or use the other "low tech" stuff!!

Had the same thought that it might have developed legs and walked out of someone garage or car.

Re: Anyone lose a Sundowner Kingston Area

I have secured the aircraft, but haven't seen it yet (I had a friend in Kingston pick it up).

Seems to be an honest find/seller, but still a mystery.
It was found with damage (broken prop/cowling) and the wings were not attached. They tried unsuccessfully to find an owner through the LHS.

There is repairable damage to the airframe (may have been previously crashed and repaired). I will give a better report after I pick it up and go over the plane.

In the mean time, if anybody thinks they may know the rightful owner, please send them my way. or 613-395-0855.

If it's not claimed by 1 Sept, then I plan to start flying it.

Thanks, Mark

What was the final value of a broken plane with unknown history?
MAAC 37964, IMAA 20680, IMAC 7194

Currently $200.00. (what Mark paid for it)

BUT! once it is taken home and inspected the value will go up or down depending on the shape it is in...

I just saw it in the back of his car today and it looked 'Repairable' and had a large Nitro engine so - it could be a good find... hard to tell just now...

BUT! If you know who owns it ... we now know where it is!
Life is either a daring adventure...
...or nothing.
