Re: fatshark orange se

Yeah i am on the fence on ordering fatshark goggles or going for the cheaper versions out there. All the serious FPV people seem to use fatshark so there must be pretty reliable.

Re: fatshark orange se

I tried a pair last Sunday. I am using a pair of Quanum v2's and have been on the fence about the Fat Shark SE's.

The field of vision is almost the same as my v2's. The image was clear but you can see the screen is lower resolution and can see some pixels (640x480). They are very comfortable to wear and the built in DVR is handy.

It is late in the season and I will wait until spring to buy a pair. If I invest this amount in the goggles I may just up the cost and buy the HD2's for the higher resolution. Hopefully there will be more competition with the gaming VR market starting and the price will drop.
