I am using a sullivan nylon gold-n-rod (red) pushrod system in the plane I have just built. Since it has threaded connectors on both ends I was wondering if you should add loctite as well as the lock nut to the threaded connectors. If so what colour would you use on threads this small. 2-56

A other way to do this is putting a jam nut aginst the clevis and lock it tight .

Or use at least one nylon clevis, they won't back out under vibration.

If you have been around for awhile you will go with the jam nut and also a chunk of fuel line on the keeper.
