Re: Aviation Design Diamond info

Peter
No tips or tricks needed.
It builds honest and true. Just follow the manual. Very quick build design and everything fits without modification.
If you spend an average of an hour to 1.5 hours per day you will be done in 2 weeks and need a weekend to setup travel, gyro etc.

Re: Aviation Design Diamond info

Peter... I posted a bunch of pictures of my build here....

http://rccanucks.com/showthread.php?...nd-Behotec-220

About as straightforward a build as you can get. Everything fits as intended. No structural mods required. I made my tip tanks removeable and glad I did... makes it easy to fit in standard 100cc aerobatic wingbags

Re: Aviation Design Diamond info

I managed to buy a slightly higher thrust turbine than the Behotec 220. It will be a tigh fit but I'm sure it will be ok

The first turbine jet that can do a torque roll, lol

Oh, and you may need to stock up a wee bit on some good jet fuel.
