single template foam cutting

Hello I have been cutting foam wings with two templates and am interested in using the single template method. I have looked on the internet for info but have only found one that had any info and that was pretty bad. Can someone point me in the right direction for some good info.
Thanks Ted

Re: single template foam cutting

Is this what you mean?

There is likely more info in Hand Launch forum on RCGroups, but maybe under pivot cutting?

Re: single template foam cutting

I just realized he actually uses two templates in that video, although if you are OK with same airfoil at both ends, you don't need to. This article uses a single template and an uber simple foam cutter:

Re: single template foam cutting

That is a really cool way to cut tapered wings. I like it
