Flew Friday and Saturday. Floats on the PT-40 were a blessing, as the field was so wet it was like taking off and landing in a swamp. Wheels on the Avistar left rooster tails of spray behind them and the prop was kicking up a dickens of a spray.

Had a ball!

Well flew my friends ifo in T.O. on sat, then flew my laser 200 in strathroy today. It was nice up there. Little wind. I actually got the most hovering in so far, as this is a new plane for me. I like park flyers.

It was something like +17 here today !!! I took out a new-to-me Sophisticated Lady and was going to try some sloping...the wind was coming from the wrong direction, so I did a whole bunch of short hand launched flights....

The snow was melting at a wicked rate, and I left with soaked feet...a great day to get out though !!!!

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you will have to catch up.

Well it was +12 C in the "Sault", Sat/26th and 5 of the Sault Modellers "committed to aviation", myself included...I flew my first S.P.A.D., a "Saturday Night Midget, given to me by a "good friend".. I installed an old OS 20 on it and a "full house" system with standard servos and it weighed in at 2-1/4 lbs.......What a "blast"...I can see a lot more of these SPADs in the future
It was a great afternoon

I spent an enjoyable afternoon walking through the woods, listening to the birds chirping, watching snow melt, all quiet and peaceful

still didn't find my Ultrasport that flew off last summer
