I am not totally familiar with OS four strokes but the tool package that comes with Saito four strokes is: A set of three allan keys to fit all socket headed cap screws that hold the engine together, A .002" - .004" feeler gage for setting the valve clearence, and an open ended prop nut wrench.

This is no biggie as these tools are fairily standard and you probably have most of them in your tool box anyway, perhaps exceipt the feeler gage.
I have a few spares from my Saitos so if someone purchases the engine I can send you a feeler gage for it!

This is not my engine that is being sold, I'm just trying to be helpful here!

I have owned an OS 70 and they are a real sweet running and powerful little engine and the price seems very fair on this one!
