I used to beat up Nuker on Unreal Tournament online. That was fun. Also Xbox player but can't justify the live price. I'll probably get PS3 when it comes out as Sony unfortunately have more games for little kids. The only thing that needs to change is more multiplayer games. My 5 year old daughter loves the Shrek Games which are mutliplayer, but Spongebob and INcredibles are only single player and she can't do it alone. Oh well, maybe they will wise up.

The one toy Sony has that I'd like for xbox is there Eye toy. It is a camera that puts you in the game. You actually do the actions of the character on the screen.

Xbox Live

Just from watching my 2 sons play, XBox Live brings another real-time dimension to the games. You have to see it to understand what I'm saying. The other players that you play with and against move on your screen independent of your movements in an interactive way that is hard to believe. The performance is amazing. I think I paid $79 for the year. It's worth it if you're into that kind of stuff.
Regards,
Steve

Ya Live is $80/year but is totally worth the money IMO...thats like less than $7 a month...

Steve is right, its pretty deadly...the real-time voice communication adds another level to the online experience...if you get too close to opponents they can hear what you are saying through the communicator....totally cool

Nope....play COD and UO online and use Teamspeak.....sometime upwards of 25 or more players on cod with about 18 to 20 on TS. No lag...

Rob, I'll PM you a couple of COD/UO servers I play on...

can773,

I'm not worried but you are correct that these things must be checked out first. If someone is interested in KAI there is lots to read on it
