Micro Heli SE tail pitch slider issue

LOL, finnaly got my tail twitch figured out and yet another stupid thing happened tonight. Tail went out of control and managed to safely land with no destruction. Upon landing noticing the MicroHeli tail pitch slider ball fell off!! Good greif I say, could have been a major disaster if I was actually way up in air or something. Glad it did not crash yes, frustrated by continous issues it seems. I am just starting to finally accelerate my learning and stopped by yet another issue.

Has anyone had Micro Heli TR pitch sliders on their Shogun or T-Rex, Hornet.. and had an issue like this? If so did you JB weld it back on or how did you confidently go about fixing it for long term to prevent ball from coming off sliding pin? Thanks if you can help!!

Attached a pic to show how clean the ball came off.

So you all know apparently there were some quality control issues at MH on their TR products for the T-Rex and Shogun. They are sending me a new part, for now I will run the stock plastic grip system. MH products have been making me nervous as I still am not confident or liking the way their gearcase fits on boom. For now that will stay off my helis as wel.
