Hay guys thanks for all the advise and support.
The talk today went great.
I brought four different planes in and the kids got to play with the sticks and see what happens. We talked about airfoils and how planes fly.
Lots of hands on and lots of questions. We have a small electric flight planed for the first nice day. I had a blast with these guys and the teacher was very excited.
I work with the JK and SK class's and they loved the planes that I brought in.
Kids are great.

Congratulations! You may have just found a new "Spare Time" activity! I knew you would love it if you got past the first two minutes.

I remember one summer I took mornings off to work in a kids program, and on the last day we were having a wrap-up and sort of show and tell for the parents, and I spoke to the parents thanking them for bringing their kids so I could play with them. Some were taken aback by that, but I really meant it, I had so much fun.

School Talk

Hi Don

I just did the same thing yesterday a my daughters school jk to gr 6. I had a blast. The kids asked all kinds of questions. I brought in my 33 %cap 232 , 40 size trainer and my foamy. I asked the principal if I could fly the foamy at recess and she agreed and kept the kids out an extra 10 minutes so the could see a flight. I was fortunate that there was only 2-3 km winds and able to do a 8 minute flight in front of 450 to 500 kids. They maybe planning an end of school picnic and asked if I could back and fly.
