Hi guys.
I am just starting the forward flight portion of learning with my Nexus Heli. I must admitt, it has been a very good trainer for me, and with the use of flight simulator it has been self thaught most of the way.

NOW however i seem to have some problems with parts availability, and since i can't seem to afford a updated heli kit just yet, i was wondering if anyone out there had any way to help me.
i am looking for any parts that may fit the nexus.
blades, booms, main gear as mine has two missing teeth, etc...

anything would help.

Great hobbies should have all of those parts. I also recently bought a nexus 30 and was checking for parts. There have been some number changes, so if you can't find exactly what u r looking for, u may have to call them. By the way, if there r only 2 teeth missing on the main gear, it should still be ok, but if 3 in a row r missing, its done.

One thing that I have found helpfull, is I added a larger tail fin, so to minimise boom strikes, since it likes to strip teeth off when the tail rotor hits the ground. Worked good, till the mounts broke and the fin went sideways into the tail rotor. ( larger fin came with the copter, and i never checked the glue joints before putting it on)
I was thinking about bending up some music wire and attaching it to the tail fin, see if that works.

Good luck
happy flying

Keep an eye on Ebay, you can find parts on there sometimes, sometimes you can get the whole heli pretty cheap.
