tiger 60 trailing edge

I recently purchase a carl goldberg tiger 60 kit. The assembly of the kit so far has gone well. I am at the stage now where I am assembling the wing. I am have trouble with the notched trailing edge. When I lay the trailing edge over the plans the notch for the wing ribs progressively go out of alignment with the plans (about 1/16 of an inch at the 2nd from center rib and about 3/8 at the outboard edge). The tailing edge also appears to be about 3/8 of an inch to short. I don't think this is right but I would appreciate hearing from any one who has encountered this problem with the tiger 60? This is the second tiger 60 I am building but I don't remember this being the case on the first one( the first one was the first kit I built so I may not have notice this )
Should I continue to build the wing and add 3/8 inch to each trailing edge and then glue the ribs to the tailing edge instead of placing them in the notches? Contacting the manufactures may take a while to get new ones shipped to me. Making a new one might be an option if I can get the taper along the entire length of the edge correct. I don't think I have the tools to do this properly.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions

Build the wing using the rib notches in your trailing edge stock. They are in the correct locations. What has happened is that your plan sheets have expanded slightly because of variations in humidity and temperature from when the plan was first printed on the paper. This is common, I have seen it many times. If you were to check again in several months, the plans might match the trailing edge notches, or might even be out the other way! It is amazing how much a plan sheet can shrink and expand because of variations in humidity. I believe many original plans are drawn and inked on mylar or some such material for this reason- it remains true regardless of temperature and humidity changes. Use the rib notches even though they don't exactly line up with the plan- just make sure you glue the ribs in perpendicular to the T.E.
