Hi Concord fan, As far as centre of gravity, you could look at the scale model of yours. The C of G will be a bit ahead of the wheels. On your model you could go just a bit further foreward & MAY be okay. Being a delta, you may be surprized at how far foreward the C of G is. There are lots of formulas for C of G but they don't seem to be accurate when doing a delta wing. My conclusions anyway.
The outline plans. I have in the past taken color slide pictures of the plane, & put it in a projector & project it onto paper the size needed & draw your lines. I'm currently doing this for our next plane. Not as accurate but does work.
