This is a low time, clean Zenoah G-62 that is in great shape and has great compression. Included is a Byron purrpower muffler/engine mount, carb velocity stack, CH Electronics ignition system and a MA Classic 20x10 propellor. I don't have the original muffler or ignition or spring starter. I recieved this engine in a trade, I did run it on the bench and it runs really good, starts up easy with a ton of power. The muffler is really quiet too, from what i have read i believe this muff acts like a tuned pipe to increase power. The one thing i noted with it was the previous owner looks like he cut one of the original coil mount lugs off (check photo) and made a braket to mount it further back, the other lug is still there.
Some benefits of electronic ignition over the stock ignition are:
* less weight
* easily hand started without a spring starter
* smoother idle
This ignition system from CH Electronics Inc. for the G-62 retails for $124.00 US
Zenoah G-62 retails at around $ 424 - $489 US $519.00 CDN (great Hobbies)
MA 20x10 $17.19 US
Byron Purrpower muff/engine mount (no longer made) $? (maybe $75 -$100 )
Velocity stack $8.95 US
Engine new w/all accessories would retail for approx $650 US + duty and shipping or approx. $747.00 CDN before shipping costs and taxes.
I am asking $565.00 CAN + shipping.
