Micro and normal receiver with the same radio

I have a question for you guys.
If I buy the Futaba 6EXAS 6-Channel Micro FM/3 S3108 Servos, can I use the RX Futaba R127DF 7-Channel FM with this radio?
The reason for this question is because I am planning to use this radio with the micro receiver in a electric park flyer, and the same radio in a nitro airplane with the rx 127df.
I know the difference in weigth and in range of these two receivers, but I
don't know if they can work with the same transmiter.

As long as the receivers are negative shift (Futaba is -ve) and are on the same channel as the transmitter, it should work just fine.
Obviously Futaba receivers will work but if you want to look at GWS ones for a park flier, then just ensure they are compatible with the Futaba brand (-ve shift). Same thing for Hitec.
For the example you gave, obviously channel 7 won't be getting any input so won't be used, but the other channels (1-6) will work just the same as you would expect.
Your radio holds at least 3 models I believe. Good to program each plane at their own model # so you can set the trips, servo direction etc for each plane separately. Check your manual for details.

Weight wise, the 124F is about 9 grams and the 127DF about 40 grams.
