This thread already has me in stitches.

I guess this means your name will change periodically as you gain competance...................or incompetance in the hobby. Whichever the case may be.

To me there is distinct difference between a dumb question and a retarded question. I look forward to reading if you are indeed capable of consistantly meeting this standard which has been set.

You have to admit in retrospect, it's not the most politically correct handle you could choose....

Yes, I've had it up to my eyeballs with P.C. movements but this grates even my low standards. I know some good people who had that handle assigned to them ... always caused the hairs on the nape of my neck to stand up when I encoutered that term.

I understand how you meant it now ... so I'm not offended but .... you'll probably continue to be met with this response from new people as long as you use this handle.

How about 'modelknowlegechallenged'?

At any rate, welcome. This is a good place to come to ask questions .... some very knowledgeable (and some opinionated) people here. If you can sift through the noise, you'll be much better for the experience.

Don't change your handle. It is what you picked for yourself and is totally different than calling someone else that. So leave it as is. I don't find it offensive, and the word has many different meanings, if one cares to look it up in a dictionary.

PC? I don't give a rat's butt about PC. I call a spade a spade and choose not to tip toe around a subject. Those that want to use PC labels can go ahead, but you aint going to find me doing it.

Oh, btw - welcome to RC Canada!

Oh great are the days when my takeoffs equal my landings!!!

Hi to you tooooo!

I want to introduce me too. Peoples call me "Speed" 'cause I'm fast and just like Semco used to call it "flow-thru".

I have a knmpani and the name is EXLAX Moving Co.; we specialize in bowel movements. The flow is smooooth and the distance is no issue. Long or short halls is not a problem; the result is always the same. Even the costs is low, low, low. as little as the costs of laundering a pair of pants and whatever else is in them.

Welcome aboard buddy; its nice to turn to a lighter side now and then.

Enjoy this great hobby.

Well thanks for the welcome?

but for real cut a guy some slack, thats the real reason for a handle, I don't even want to go to the local field and get this in person.

I realy want to fly, but had a bad experience in the past, but lets not get into that.

I saw a add in a magazine for V-MAR trainers and a local hobbie shop has a gmc 46cc. engine for $100 is that a good place to start how long before I can move up to the V-MAR jet DROOL!

Maybe I should start another thread for this question?
