ADVICE FOR humminbird mods?

anyone have any suggestions on this? i do have a swashplate ball mod along with a head stiffner and 2 new but used motors with the heatsinks. should i put all this on it? or leave it stock?

You definitely what to put the head stiffener on, it will make the heli fly better and make it more responsive.

The mods I have on mine are the 370 motor with heatsink. Plastic Head stiffener, and direct drive tail motor. I dont know whether I was getting bad motors before because I was burning out a motor every week. Then I put on the heatsink and the last motor has lasted over a year now, but is starting to loose power now. Ive seen the 280 bb motor on a website (zebrahobby?) that has replacable brushes. Anyone tried it?
