It was a perfect day in Sioux Lookout as well for flying. I hit the lake just after noon, with my float plane. No need for skis, the floats worked on the snow even better than they do on water. The water rudder even helped to steer it in the fluffy snow!

I was out at "The Lake Property" in Prince Edward County so I missed the Bramalea Radio Control Flyers Frozen Finger Fun Fly for the first time in four years. However I was able to walk down the hill to the lakeshore (Lake Consecon) and flew my Piper Cub and my Kadet Senior off the ice.

Hello; We had 26 turn out at Mike Morgans for his annual fun fly. It was windy everywhere else, but not at Mikes. Lots of people didn't bring planes (myself included) because it was blowing too hard to fly, or so I thought. A great spread was layed out for us after flying, thanks Mike and Barb. It's just about the only yearly event that everybody gets out for. There was no crashes at all, lots of electric planes, a good time was had by all.

My son flew into Cassidy that afternoon and he reported there was really wicked windshear all the way down, but once they got on the ground, it was calm!!
I spoken to Mike a few times on the phone, but have never had the chance to meet him...........yet..

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you will have to catch up.
