help finishing an already mostly built p-40

I bought a 40size p-40 from a gentleman thinking that when he said "all it needs is the electronics and an engine"....that the linkages were all in place. I was wrong, and the plane is fully covered. I was hoping to find a kind person who knew what they were doing to help me finish this.

I live in paris, on and would be willing to travel (with plane in hand and tail between my legs) for assistance, or be willing to provide all the coffee or pop the person wanted to come over and help.

John (this is what I get for trying to do things the quick way LOL)

It might help if you can post some photos.

Are the servo mounts in place?

Help for plane

Hi John,

You may want to contact your local club, I'm sure there would be many people who would be willing to help. I know you have many great modellers in your surrounding area and right in Paris.

However, if your interested, I'm sure our club would be glad to help out - the KWFD (Kitchener Waterloo Flying Dutchmen).

If you want, I would suggest that you bring your plane to our next meeting, the first Tuesday of each month, seek advise, then go home, work away and comeback for the next meeting. Our meetings start at 8pm, but we always arrive about an hour early to socialize and work on projects with other modellers who are always willing to help. Currently our project is restoring our "Candy Machine". This is the airplane that "bomb" drops the candy for the kids at our scale rally the second weekend in Sept. However, we have lots of people who still can help, and would be willing to do so, with your project.

Since I live right at the 401, close to Princess Auto, I'm also fairly close to Paris and would be willing to help in between meetings as needed.

Email me if we can help in anyway.

Hi John;

There are a number of guys in Paris. I am in Cambridge and will be home all weekend. Give me a call and you can bring your stuff and I can probably help you out.
