I think that what was left out of Keith's reply is that all of the ZD's are volunteers and are working on a best-efforts basis. If anyone thinks that the material in your ZD's report is light, why not feed him stuff (club newsletters, projects by members, event summaries, etc.)?

The Aurora club has already decided that 2.4Ghz (or 2.4Gig) radios are going to be treated in exactly the same manner as for radios in the 72Mhz band -- frequency pins are required.

The club executive just has to revise the frequency board to put a section on it for locating your pin.

The radio rule "no pin on the board, not ON" still applies.

I suspect that most other clubs are probably going to handle it in the same manner.
