Just thought I would put a picture of my latest challenge. I have made 4 so far and have tested them so they work. I use a servo tester that I made so am not hooking anything to a receiver for troubleshooting.
The pcb's(board) are 1 1/4"x 1 7/8" with 32 components and m/f cables. Lots of fun working under a magnifying lamp with the Panavise. Soldered all the componets on and then removed as much of the solder as I could. Some places the lands are less than a 32nd so it took awhile.
I am going to use mine for flaps to start as you can adjust the speed and lose no torque on the servo. This way if you drop flaps it is not instant and you can correct your trim.
Doug (Arnprior) sent me the parts and I am doing a split with him. Just keeps me busy so on to the next project.
Keep the shiny side up and the wheels down
