Field Box Battery...which one?

I went to CTC today to buy a 12 volt field box battery. I thought I'd get a small motorcyle battery. The one that seemed about right was $70!!! That's almost as much as a full size car battery. Is there anything cheaper out there that would do the job. I just need it for my Sullivan Hi-torque starter.

Utility batteries are a lot cheaper. You can get a 14Ah one for $24.
Just search Canadian Tire's website for "Utility Battery".

Napa Canada also sells motorcycle and utility batteries for cheaper than Crappy Tire does. According to you're profile, you're in Kincardine. There's one there on Sutton St.
