HI all, a little of the topic but it"s kinda slow here on RC Canada, so I was going throuth some of my jet pictures and I found this old photo. It was taken in Florida at Deland Jets. I arrived a day early for the Jet rally and thought I would kill some time as from where we flew our jets, you could see some fools sky diving at the other side of the airport. I signed up and got my first taste of sky diving.

My thoughts exactly Dave.... that said I could see myself giving it a go under right circumstances ie 'for money' lots...!
while were slightly off topic another thing that I could never fathom is "why" anyone would ever pay good money to bungee jump.... whats the attraction with that???? surviving???

Great picture. The first time I was in a plane, I jumped out at 3,000 feet on a static line. Waterloo university days. A few years ago, I did a free fall from about 15,000. No tandem jump, but 2 instructors jumped with you ready to pull chute if you had trouble. It was about a 35 second free fall until I pulled chute at 5,000 feet. Didn't get nice photos like yours, but I paid the extra money for the video.

The only thing scary was watching them pack the chute.

Everyone should try this at least once.
I never crash...I land with style!
