I had one of these N.I.B. so I put it in my Trainer. The engine is at least 14yrs old.
The High speed needle works great. The low speed adjustment screw
seems to just rotate with the throttle barrel as the throttle increases.
I need to lean the low end a bit, The screw seems to be stuck.
I'm afraid to try and force it.
Should this move easily? Does it have click stops? Should I take the carb
off and soak it in something? Any help would be appreciated

Is the rubber boot around the carb barrel stiff or is it still plyable? Well, my best guess would be that the o-rings are shot. They have dried up and are ineffective. I would replace all rubber on the carb. The new tigres take the same rubber so parts should be available.
