Us 8611or HS5955 everwhere except throttle and you can't go wrong.

As stated above DA 100 or ZDZ 80NG for engine.

you could use the 8411 on ailerons I guess. I fly a friends all the time with a BME 110 on it. I love flying it.
I personally would not use the hitec servos on the list for anything.

I am not familiar with the jr 8245 but unless they are at least 100+ oz of torque you should not use those either.

The surfaces on this plane are large. If it were me, I would use Hitec 5955 tg's all the way around with a fast digi on the throttle. Using underpowered servos on a 33% aerobatic ship is a very bad idea. Don't mess around and get the right parts for the job.

Do not cheap out on crappy switches, dual rx batts and switches should be seriously considered and only high quality servo extensions should be used.
A plane this size out of control because of inferior parts can do a lot of destruction!

Hi Ifran.

I fly and own a Hanger 9 Sukhoi. I've had it now for 3 years and have many many flights on it. I have flown it in IMAC contests and also as a 3D show plane.

Like Randy said, the wings ARE strong enough. I do blenders, walls, snaps and so on. BUT I do all this at lower throttle settings and have had no problems. I have a ZDZ 100 twin cylinder engine on it and it handles the aircraft beautifully. Flying it at 1/3 throttle is all that is needed for most flying including hovering! It can still do more than I can. Just about any large scale aircraft will incur damage if not flown properly (full throttle dives etc).

I have been using and will continue to use Hitec servos with very good results. I have the HS-5625MG digital servos with 109 in/oz on ailerons, elevators and a single 1.4 scale HS5735 digital servo with 222 in/oz on the rudder using 6 volts (5 cell 1500 mah Nicads). I then use a standard servo for throttle and one for choke. This allows for 6 to 8 -10 minute flights comfortably. I don't have anything fancy but do run 2 receivers, switches and batteries. The batteries (Nicad) are easy and safe to charge, monitor, and use.

I haven't had any problems with the airplane and being a full size pilot, I check it over often. Flying qualities are excellent. But, like any airplane, some do certain things better than others. The Sukhoi seems to do rolling manoeuvers very well, but doesn't "harrier" quite as well as others I've flown. It serves me well with very little maintenance and is a real crowd pleaser, especially with the smoke on!

If you have any other questions regarding this plane, please don't hesitate to contact me...
