SU-31 RTF -- NO LONGER FOR SALE
Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
This is a Phoenix ARF that I purchased new, and that I've completed as per the instructions except that I used Sullivan "Gold 'n' Rods" pushrods for the rudder and elevator . I have not applied the decals which are in the original box along with the instruction manual.
WS = 55.9" Length = 48.4" Wt = 5.5 lb w/o fuel
Installed is an OS Surpass 52 4 stroke that I bought new last year and which has about 20 flights on it while it was installed in my Somethin' Extra. I moved the engine to the SU-31.
The Electronics installed are a HiTech Receiver (HFD-08RD) and five HiTech HS-422 Servos (all purchased by me new within the last year).
The plane has been flown once only (by my club's Head Trainer) and he said it handled well and was very aerobatic. However, it's a little too small and a little too fast for me with my bad right eye.
So it's for sale, and my investment is as follows:
- The ARF SU-31 $ 199.90
- The OS 52 Surpass $ 224.99
- The radio gear $ 100.00
- Remote Glo Igniter $ 18.99
- Miscellaneous $ 25.00
TOTAL $ 567.98 + 15% taxes = $ 653.18
NO LONGER FOR SALE
Although I'm not from the Toronto area, I get there once or twice a month so I can generally deliver in the GTA.
Pictures attached and a few more in the next post. By the way, I have the original boxes for the plane and engine. PM me if you want more info.
