Fibreglass cowl for CG Chipmunk

What experiences has anyone had with fibreglass cowls for the CG Chipmunk? Who has the nicest ones? Are there different styles? I'm thinking of one with cheeks on it like the Pepsi Skydancer, does anyone make them like that or do I have to add them myself? Getting ready to start the build and trying to get everything together before I start.

About two years ago I ordered a cowl and wheel pants from Fiberglass Specialties for an old Bud Nosen 1/4 scale Citabria. I was happy with the service and product. FS lists a cowl for a CG Super Chipmunk, butI'm not sure its the style that you're looking for. A telephone call or e-mail should provide you with the info you need. Good luck.

You could also make your own with the lost foam method. Design an carve what you actually want and then glass it.

Keep the shiny side up and the wheels down
