KW Rally

I hesitate to bring up the subject of grass cutting which may be out of the Dutchmen Club's control but the camping area could have stood a more recent grass cutting. I spent five days there and it was difficult for people in wheelchairs and others with walking disabilities to maneuver through the tall grass. I heard many complain about it. Also, when grass is wet as it was Friday night and Sat. AM, tall grass is tough to walk through without getting wet sneakers and socks. Don't expect runway grass conditions but not 5" grass height either. Other that that observation, the Dutchmen Club did a superb job as usual.

Grass cutting

Hi Flicka5,

The Waterloo Rod and Gun Club take care of the camping and this is something we never check. I'll put it on the list of "maintenance" items for them to follow up on for next year. Thanks for the input.

Hope you had a great time.
