Good day.I see you can get a" soft" mount for four strokes,is this recommended.I will be installing a Saito 82,and was wondering which is the best way to go for a mount as the vibes will be more than a two stroke and what linkage are people using, the ball and socket? Thanks Wayne

I have a number of 4 - strokes .56 - 2.70 and use nothing but Dubro vibration mounts ( they come in all sizes ). Never worn one out or had a failure. As far as linkage goes I fabricate whatever will work. I've had some pretty wild looking set ups.

This one is listed for .80 - .91 4 - stroke. I have been running this one on a 120 4 - stroke for 300 flights without a problem.

Do antivibration mounts work ? Maybe yes, maybe no, but I feel better.

Most 4 strokes require a U turn on the push rod due to poor fire wall clearance. Bring pushrod out about 1 inch past the throttle arm then back toward the arm. I use ball links on all of mine.
