jim has the right track on this one. send it in not worth losing an airplane over if it miraculosly starts working again. my guess as well no voltage to or from the stick pots

Did you check the Transmit Shift Positive/Negative and if TX is a Eclipse 7 Q-PCM check Transmit Shift Pos/Neg and whether TX is setup for PPM/QPCM to match the receiver.

I'd fogotten Hitec now feature shift selection on their radios.

Still, if the trims work but the sticks don't....

Dont know I havn't had to send my Futaba's out for repair.
All Electronic components contain SMOKE. Once you let the smoke out, they stop working
