Refreshing Customer Service

For those who know me, you may know I was having some problems with my 100cc motor at the end of last season.

I sent it off to the comany to be checked out. They had a hard time replicating the problems on the ground. Sooo.. they called and asked me permission to bolt my motor onto one of their planes to try it in flight. The problem became immediately apparent so they replaced the carb, re-tested and returned the motor to me free of charge.

Gotta love that. Not many places around that take service to this level. Also a good reason to buy directly from the manufacturer when you can.

it should be the norm for service, not give the customer attitude or wiggle out of their obligations.
