I've recently acquired another used 60SP and I also plan on building mossie, but sometime way, way, way in the future.
To be totally honest, the RCV SP engines require more work to get them installed properly to keep them running. The extra issues are:
1. Longer break-in.
3. Muffler always vibrates loose.
Most people don't like the extra work and bad-mouth the engine. You have to be a real scale nut to solve those problems and appreciate the positives:
1. Total in-cowl installation (including the muffler).
2. Swing a near-scale multi-blade prop.
