Any suggestions apart from the expensive obvious?

Purolator was $80 last time and I just got a quote on Canada Post website for an ARF boxed and it was $45..

Try calling your local Bus Depot. Their prices are usually the cheepest method of shipping if they have the destination city on their route!

Worth a try, you may save a few dollars!

It depends where are you sending it to? and what is the weight and diementions of your package.

I sent one of my jets to a fellow in BC, i had to make 2 boxes for it, it was shipped by Grayhound bus service for $70-$80 something in those figures...

Well since you didn't give the dimensions of the package or the weight or where it was shipping to hard to tell if $42.19 is high or not.

I just spent US$160.00 to have an ARF shipped from Oregon to Buffalo.. Six boxes in all for this ARF. $42.00 sounds good to me.
