Hi...I've installed one in my Carden Yak..I haven't had much time to play with it, but what I've seen I really like...I'll attach their website....It has servo programmability for all servos...You can buy them with a GPS and Gyro...They are actually quite incredible with all their features.

I believe I bought mine from DreamWorks in Florida..

Add in the price of regulaters, power box, match box, and gyros to a regular reciever, and the price is not out of line. I sure would consider one if I could get it on 6 meters.

True but I can't use a Gyro for competion flying and what the heck do I need a GPS for?

If they offered all the other benefits less these two options I might consider and they might sell more.

I am a little shy on info for this so before everyone jumps down my throat how about a little more detail on why this is such a good deal. Does it support PCM & PPM+ & - ? How many channels?

Hi Jim.....They are a dual receiver and have 4 configurations 8 channel, 12 servo...10 channel, 20 servo...and you can get the 10-20 with gyro or gyro and gps.

I believe it has Futaba PCM and PPM and JR SPCM modulations....You can allocate any of the servo ports to any channel you like up to 8 servos per channel..It supplies 6.0 volts to the servos via Lithium or NiMh.

They also record the receiver signal strenth, record the battery usage and some other stuff....They can be used with anolog or digital servos..

As far as the GPS, I'm not sure as I didn't buy mine with that option but I'm wishhing I would have gone for the full boat now....I believe it records flight speed, maximum flight speed, altitude and flight path plus more..

Jim I invest alot in my aircraft...Whether a device like this needed or warranted doesn't really matter if the end user (me ) is happy and believes it works.

I also use programmable powerboxes and think they are a great addition to any 33% and up aircraft, but then again it makes me feel better

I'm sure the KISS works excellent also and is definately less expensive. But that's what makes this hobby great for all of us...There are endless options for us to choose from if we are so inclined to do so....

You gotta love it Jim Hope this helps a little.

Jack,

Don't get me wrong my first post with the price was not knocking the product but just looking for confirmation on pricing.

Hey I agree with you man that's why I had 4 x HS5955s for aileron servos on my H9 33% Edge. I mean I don't think I really needed 666 oz of torque per aileron, but I did feel way better about it.

So it is a redundent Rx setup then? Well yeah that ain't a bad price after all when you consider that 2 Futaba PCM Rxs will run you about $450.00 alone.

OK Manny now I know your secret. You let Jack setup and work all the bugs out of a plane then when it is just right you buy it from him!
