I bought a Berg 4L from Zebra hobbies in November
Received it in due order from Henry and it was a little flakey but seemed to work ok
Anyway, making a long story longer, after getting through Christmas and all, I dragged the e-stuff back oput and proceeded to get set.
So the receiver would not work - the rudder would not respond.
I sent out a couple of emails to Zebra and Castle to find out the options.
Henry at Zebra got back to me within hours - cool
Following his advice I called Castle - today (Friday) around noon.
Also received an email from them telling me to send it in.

Anyway, after having a very pleasant conversation with the tech guy at Castle, I have a replacement receiver in the mail - I received an email confirmation of the shipment within an hour of hanging up the phone

Kudos to all

Just thought I'd share some very positive customer service

I shorted out a 4L and let the smoke out. I sent it to Castle and told them what I did. The reciever was replaced under warranty(free). What a great company to deal with. They have amazing products also.

I very rarely hear negative stories about Castle's customer service. They've always been extremely responsive and helpful.
