Are you referring to the GWS receiver?

The JR positive shift refers to the type of FM modulation this receiver is designed to work with. It will work with all JR or Airtronics FM transmitters. Not Futabe or Hitec.
Sorry I don't know what type of modulation the Eflite transmitters use.

E-flite radios are negative shift, and will not work with a JR positive shift receiver.

In order to make sure a transmitter and receiver will mesh, they have to be on the same frequency (I believe all major ones are 72MHz... somone correct me here if I'm wrong), same channel (you can change the channel of a receiver by swapping crystals, transmitters must be sent back to the factory to have the channel changed, unless they are the type that uses modules, which I doubt your E-flite radio would), and the same shift (positive for JR, Sanwa, Airtronics / negative for Futaba, Hitec, E-Flite).

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on any of that.

I have a 6-channel E-Flite receiver coming to me through the mail (Its coming on a heli, and my radios are positive shift). It has two crystals on channel 24. I'll likely be selling this when it gets here. If you are interested, let me know.
