I just bought a GP Fundango kit. I've never flown electric before and I want to know what I should buy for an electric set up Motor/ESC/Battery? I am capable of charging Li-pos but don't know if I want to commit to that. I heard that you can't run Li-pos dead or you will harm the batteries. This type of thing scares me. I don't need to be learning the ins and outs of electrics since this will be a winter/indoor and summer parkflying thing and I really like Nimh batteries. What do you guys think?

Thanks George

Heres a link to the Fundango
I keep having the same mechanical problem. I've got a loose nut on the transmitter!

The Lipo is better for your airframe because it will have a light weight .
NiMH is probaly too heavy for you. Try Dragonfly in Saskatoon at and see if you can get a 400 to 800 maH Lipo. You can probably get a Great Planes Electrify Peak charger at Colin's shop also.
You probably only need a 9 Amp ESC for that plane. A good choice is the
Castle Creations Pixie 20 which allows you to go to a bigger plane next time like a GWS foamie.
