Well just received my Yak 54 as I had it sent to my nieces over in the states as there is no tax or shipping charge within the states for this item.So what I got I'm going to say is very impressive for the money.I couldn't build it for that I don't think and I've do allot of building.I ordered the purple one as my flying buddy has the red and black one and he is bringing me back the blue one so I'll have two.Just in case I ware out the first one before its time.Package was double boxed as its in a box of its own and has two more boxes outside of that(not much chance for damage).Upon opening the box I was looking at a small but very inpressive ARF.Each item was held inplace so as not to move around by taping to the box side, floor in there own plastic sleave as well as in there own compartment.Removing items I saw a great deal of lighting holes through out the plane to make it as light as possable but still be strong. There is a very light weight fiber glass cowl, carbon fiber gear as well as wing tube.Light weight wheels and there a pull pull for the rudder which is a nice touch. The canopy, well inpressive its setup with four not two but four magnets to hold down the canopy very nice.I don't think it will fall off any time soon.I'll post the build and flight of this plane when I start to do the build which will take no time at all but I'll have to order a couple items for it as I chose to get just the kit as they sell it with all items or just kit and motor, controller its all up to the person and what they want. Will post photos later.
Weight:34 - 39 ozs and a span of 47"
If I could fit in my plane I would
