Li-poly storage

This might have been covered already and if so please direct me to the link.
I have been flying indoors for the last 2 months and use the li-poly batteries. After a flying session is it better to store the batteries freshly charged or just as they are after a flight(run down but above safe discharge levels).?
Thank you in advance.

Neither. You want to store them at approx 50% charge.

Packs also store better in a cool area. If left in warm spots they will self-discharge quicker.

I normally follow the 50% rule and keep them in a little bar fridge in the garage.

I have genI TP's with a few hundred (lost count) cycles that lasted much longer than I even anticipated probably due to the storage rate and cool enviro.
