Talk to Treecutter or Sonic Boomer as I believe they may be near to you. Friendly bunch at the Hub City club as I used to race there. They can also advise you to what you need for parts and then maybe I can help.

I have to say a Lathe is a good tool to have in a conversion... I have done a couple (just to see what was involved) and used my Lathe to turn down the flywheel and make the prop adapter.. So it helps if you have one or you know someone that does..

Also I find it kind of funny, most guys convert to gas because the fuel is cheaper than glow.. But the way gas is going ( $ 1.15 L here ) maybe in 5 years we'll all be converting back to glow
