Now I need to replace some parts Main Rotor wing grip and the balance bar & canopy. Does anyone have instructions on how to change the Main rotor wing grip and balance bar?

The rotor grips should be attached by a locking nut inside the grip. Look after you take the blade off completely. You will need to remove both blades and use a socket inside each grip or the spindle shaft will just spin inside the head.
The correct name for the balance bar is called the "Flybar" . It is usually
attached by a set screw thru the top of the head. You may have to remove the dome shaped head button to get to it.
