Custom Indoor Aircradft. Need help with Motor / prop.

I'm designing a custom aerobat for laser cutting based on an untralight I developed some time ago. it's an encloseed 2 seat tandem pusher with truss tail and a short coupled elevator and rudder.
Both the aircraft and the kit are designed to have a "dial in" dihedral and washout with twin lift struts, to tailor the aircrafts response.
I'm having some Prop / motor issues and am looking for advice.
I'm taking a piece by piece weight audit as I go, (gotta love 3d engineering) and so far I'm up to 2 1/2 OZ. 1/16 aircraft ply construciton with a 2 cell620 mah / 7.4 Lipo, and a outrunner (4-6A 1300 kv)
I'm anticipating a 5-6 oz aircraft when finished.
The prop I selected is a 6" dia (physical limitation) 3 blade. (still have to find it) I have a 6X3.5 two blade for testing right now.
1: how much thrust can I expect to get?
2: what does the KV rating actually mean?
3: what is a typical model weight for this size of motor?
4: what is the typical weight of an indoor flyer?
5: what is typical wing loading for indoor flyers?
6: where can I get a course pitch 3 blade prop?
Any other suggestions?
