I have a JR Vigor not the CS, that i love in fact it's my first .60 size heli. I started out on a 15 year old Shuttle heli which i bought but was never flown. I flew the Shuttle with lots of flights on it and taught myself to fly. However, in the process of working long hours and on the road it only took 7 months to make my brain screw up a nose in landing with my Vigor that i love so much.

Just at the moment the skids were about to touch instead of pulling her back, i rolled it forward and over. 1/2 a second later, good bye carbon fiber blades. Decapitated boom and the look of a 2 year old upon having lost his ballon. Not to mention it's going to need every rotory part put back on.

Well should i still stick with heli's and finally gets some cash together and get a sim. Dunno? But i still like Heli's

No sim and learning on a expensive 60/90 machine??

Best way to end up with a small fortune in helis' is to start with a large one

I would definitely recommend that you get some stick time on a sim, or the crashes are going to keep coming one after the other.

If it's really mangled you may want to cut your losses and try a different heli with a little more performance and cheaper parts.

What do some of you recommend as far as sims go for flying heli's. I don't run a new computer radio so i would need the transmitter to come with it like a USB plug.

Sims are great for getting stick time.
