Chad and others putting the ponies to APCe props, have you had any experiences like this:

Slime is Crime. 176 blood donations and rising! Five more years to make 200. Retired from 15 years delivering Meals on Wheels [more than 11,000].

I have not had a failure of an e-prop (nor have I heard of anyone else having a failure until this one).

I have ran the 14x7e on my little Yak at around 1250W and it worked fine.

I just took one off of a Twist 3D40 that was getting ready to go. Trailing edge of the blades have what looks like splitting about 3/16 in. in and about 1 1/4 in from the hub. When the Twist flatspins, the prop makes that roaring noise from the gyroscopic forces on the blades that I don't think is doing the prop any good. Might be able to put up a pic if you like if I can get the camera to do a closup. Probably about 30 flights on the prop.

By the way, this is a 13/6.5 E prop
Tried for my kamikazi pilots licence. Flunked the test.
