Ok Boy's I am in a dilema what engine to fit into my shiney new Comp ARF 2X2 Extra I have been reading other posts and the general thoughts are the DA 50 is too much motor for this plane, I thought abot a Moki 2.10 but want to stay with gas, also the other posts in the "other" forums say the plane needs the weight of a 50CC size gasser up front, Now I dislike with a passion adding dead weight so what do you think..ZDZ 40/50 DA 50 not a glow motor surley or is there any other combo I am missing...thanks guy's Colin.
When I grow up I want to be a pilot!!

Colyn, if your plane will allow a tuned pipe, try the new ZDZ 40RE F3A...

I bet with ign. and battery it would only be 3lbs...Of course exhaust weight would have to be added like all engines...

If you need a little more nose weight, then any of the 50s will do..ZDZ,Brillelli,Taurus,DA and BME has a new one but won't show till August...

Another good engine is the MVVS or Evolution 45..

... Some people are like Slinkies ... Not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs..
