Hey Dean..Grehound is the way to go..but there is a weight ,lenth and height restriction, you'll need to make the box as light as possible, use 1X1 frame and staple thick cardboard around the frame, I did it and sent out a 78" single piece wing Extra to Alberta got there non the worse for wear, (make sure its secure and if weight is an issue remove the motor and send seperatly) the all up weight was 80Lbs it cost $150 with $999.99 insurance, I removed the wheels and pants and cable tied the stubs to the frame base work great the only problem was the Extra did not have a removable stab!!!!, hope this helps Regards Colin....P.S so you'll be needing a new plane now then????? how about a gas powered twist 150
When I grow up I want to be a pilot!!
