Need help (read do it for me!) creating an extra 260 mold

Anyone in GTA or anywhere in Canada for that matter willing to lend a hand with my scratch 31% Extra 260 design/build?

I am in the final design phase and realized that I really have no way to make a wooden cowl so I'll have to go the foam plug route. However, I have never done this before and have no capability once shaped to do any fabbing beyond that. I live in a condo and it would make too big a mess to start trying to get a finish on a plug and start laying up fiberglass for a mold. I'll be happy to pay all expenses.

The specs on the airframe are 90" Wingspan, 84" fuse, 1650 SqIn and under 16.5lbs set up for a DA 50. It would actually accommodate a DA100 but that would be overkill

So I think it is gonna be an awesome flier but I need help!

Anyone else out there have a vacuum forming table to help me with a canopy pull?

I'll be happy to supply the plans to anyone who lends a hand.

Cheers and thanks!

I have the experience and knowledge to do what you require. Building for other people is a small business for me.

To be clear what you want. You will make a foam plug. The plug will need to be filled, glassed and finished suitable for a mold plug. Using this plug a mold will be made. Cowlings will then be made from this mold.
Do I have it correct?

It is quite likely the plug will be destroyed removing it from the mold. However the mold will not be damged. You will end up with an epoxy glass mold from which as many cowlings as you wish can be made.

If you wish me to do this send me an email (PM)
