Hi guys. I'm on the perfect path to a divorce. I got a Vario XLV
I'll post pictures of the assembly as I go along. 2.5 meter diameter with 850 rpm This should sound like the real thing.

I think building this will be much more fun than the T-rex as even the smallest piece of the kit is 5 inches long . No worries about dropping and not finding anything :P

Be very cautious with it , it's grossly underpowered, at least the one I saw fly two years ago. The rotor and mast looks very strong. Be a shame to smoke it in as it has an impressive presence.

All helicopters in a similar catagory (size) can be setup to fly the same. This helicopter will not fly like a typical 30-90 model even with careful setup.

I do agree that for manufacturing tolerances Vario mechanics offers like many decent contemporary helicopters , typical modern craftsmanship commonly found today. They appear to stick with a basic design for a long time and don't seem to have too many mechanical issues. A good buddy flys a scale Vario 60 sized machine and has very good luck with it.
