Need a crate

Hi Guys,

Thought I'd take a shot here, Anyone in the GTA have a shipping crate they'd sell or give away.

I have a fellow in BC interested in my 85"QQ yak and don't have the time or tools to build a crate for it. Local crate company quoted me $185 to do the job Makes the cost of shipping and crating kill the deal.

Dimensions need to be L 84" x w 36"x h 24"

You never know, maybe somebody has recently aquired a new toy and still has the crate

I have built two crates for shipping large planes, one for myself and one for a friend. Even building it yourself isn't cheep and its a lot of work. I swear, I'll never ship a large plane again, not that I'm above helping a friend in need but its only local pickup or personal delivery within reasonable distance for me!

Hope someone has one for you! All the best!

Thats 2 or 3 sheets of ply plus dimensional lumber.

Plywood doesn't grow on trees you know. Wait, yes it does.

I have some old (used) ply paneling you can have in Etobicoke.

If you cut everything and bring it back I have a brad gun as well and will help you nail this coffin together.

You might be in luck.
There's a big one like that, been sitting out on the street for about a month now. It's probably free to whoever takes it away.

Saint Lawrence Ave & The Queensway intersection. Saint Lawrence is maybe 2 short blocks just East of Islington.

It's on Saint Lawrence about 200 feet south of Queensway near a Dry Ice company.

It sucks what the cost of shipping is these days!..if you were here we could find alot of scrap wood at some of these new subdivisions! homebuilders waste so much wood around here! it's pathetic!!
