I would like to find a Tiger Moth. I have seen one in Florida that was approx. 80" Wingspan. Was a great flyer. The owner had it flying with an electric motor. I only want this large one. Anyone with info as to where I can get one please reply.

I believe this was from a Flair models kit. They are imported from the UK usually.

I have seen Paul's Tiger Moth. It is a 10 out of 10! (Maybe even 10 1/2 or 11).

I've seen quite a few Tiger Moths fly. (I pit for Jim McIntyre who has a Clark T.M. often) I'd have to say that the Flair version is a pretty nice flyer and usually comes in lighter than the Clark. No offence to Jim (his is pretty nice too (for a multiwinged thingy )), he's even said something along the same lines.

Tiger Moth

You could also look for a Pilot Kit in 1/4 scale, I have had one for a long time and they are a light weight when finished (approx 12-14lbs with engine) they also fly very scale. Good luck
